If you are an EU consumer and wish to exercise your legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, please complete the request form below. We will review your details and get back to you as quickly as possible. Please note that custom/personalised goods are exempt from this withdrawal procedure.

Upon submission of your request, we will alert you with a confirmation message once we have recieved it. If your request is valid upon review, we will provide further instructions for returning the goods (at your expense) in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy as quickly as possible.
