What is the difference between 'The Studio' and 'Beyond The Studio'?
The Studio Shop is where you will find all our usual products that you've come to know and love. Everything in The Studio Shop is printed, packaged and posted to you by us in Ireland.. just like it always has been.
Beyond The Studio Shop is where you will soon find a selection of products that we do not produce ourselves. Don't worry! Every product is still absolutely designed and created by us. We just don't manufacture and deliver products from Beyond The Studio Shop ourselves. We have a trusted partner who does a wonderful job bringing these items to life for you all. Everything in Beyond The Studio Shop is printed, packaged and posted to you by our fulfillment partner.
Can I purchase from both shops in the same order?
The 'Beyond The Studio' shop products are not launched yet, so nothing has changed so far. We will have more information for you on this soon.
When will the clothing products be available to buy?
Soon, we hope. We were all ready to go in early August, but ran into a delay due to the EU market regulations that came into effect recently, which resulted in a big delay for us. Stay tuned for updates!
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments from all major credit/debit card companies. We do NOT accept PayPal payments.
Where do you get the designs?
All the artwork you find on our website has been created by me (Karen). I am an artist, so I draw all of the designs myself.
About Shipping And Delivery
How are my items delivered?
Items from The Studio Shop will ship separately to items from Beyond The Studio Shop, they will arrive in separate packages and may arrive on different dates. As you know from above, The Studio Shop orders are delivered from us in Ireland via An Post. Items from Beyond The Studio Shop are delivered by our partners and their chosen couriers.
How long will delivery take?
All products are usually made to order after you have purchased. We do our best to make and post The Studio Shop items as quickly as possible (sometimes we may even have small levels of stock ready to go). We will have an estimated delivery timeframe available at checkout, read more below, or get in touch prior to your order if you are concerned.
Production for Beyond The Studio Shop items typically takes a few business days before shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. The amazing thing about our fulfilment partner is that they have multiple facilities around the world. They will choose the closest geographical location to you when producing your order which means your order will have a shorter distance to travel. By them delivering directly to you, it cuts out the need for them to send it to us just to send it to you again which is also beneficial for our environment.
My order hasn't arrived yet, what can I do?
Double check that you supplied us with your full, correct address, as any missing or incorrect details can delay or stop delivery. If you chose 'Tracked Shipping' at checkout, we can look into the location of your parcel. However, if you selected 'Standard Shipping' we cannot check the location of items from the Studio Shop. All Beyond The Studio Shop items will have tracking information, so we can look into it for you or you can quickly check your emails for the information. Please check your estimated delivery timeframe in your order confirmation email. Sometimes delays happen outside of our control. We want your order to arrive just as quickly as you do. Feel free to get in touch if you have any worries.
Where do you ship to?
We deliver across the world.. We currently remain closed to parts of the Middle East, China, Canada and the United States, we apologise for any disappointment this may cause. As of August 12th 2026, we are closed to all EU countries (except Ireland) due to the new regulations, we hope to reverse this soon! All available locations can be found when entering an address at checkout to calculate shipping.
Estimated Shipping Times
The delivery timeframe estimates below are guidelines rather than guarantees. Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive confirmation via email. If you have any questions about delivery times for a particular product or destination, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help. It's important to know that we do not have complete control over the delivery timeframe once it is in transit and it can vary, especially with international orders.
As all of our products are made to order, fulfillment may take a few days before it passes over to the postal system. Don't worry, we will email you a confirmation as soon as it has been shipped so you are informed. You should give extra time to allow your order to arrive and be prepared for potential delays, specifically during seasonal busy periods like Christmas, or during red alert weather conditions where storms/ice may delay delivery.

About Our Partner
Why can't you produce all the product types yourself?
We would love to, but it just isn't possible for us. We wanted to add new product lines to our website and showcase our artwork on even more things. By partnering with trusted suppliers, we are now able to do this. Yay!
Where are Beyond The Studio Shop products made?
Beyond The Studio Shop products are produced in one of many locations with production taking place at facilities closest to the delivery destination whenever possible. Locations include: Spain, Latvia, United Kingdom, Japan and Australia.
Are Beyond The Studio Shop products sustainably produced?
Products are made to order rather than in bulk, helping reduce overproduction and excess inventory. Many of our products are printed using the direct-to-garment (DTG) technique, where ink is first sprayed directly onto the garment and then absorbed into the fabric. It’s like printing on paper but on clothing. They use Kornit printers that generate almost zero wastewater and use less energy than standard industry printers, which lowers our carbon footprint. The inks used for printing are Oeko-Tex™ certified, vegan, water-based, and free of harmful chemicals. Our fulfilment partner shares a passion for sustainability and ethical working conditions which is why they collect only valid certificates from their suppliers which all comply with labor, environmental, and safety standards. All apparel products are packed in post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic mailers. The quality of the items are great! Not only have they done extensive testing into this but we have been wearing/washing/using the products for months before we decided to partner with them and launch on our website.
Can I use discount codes on items in Beyond The Studio Shop?

About Returns And Refunds
What if my package has an issue?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives with an issue, include multiple photographs and video examples of the product and packaging to highlight the issue so we can assist you. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll be happy to help resolve the issue. If your package is taking considerably longer than our estimated timeframe to arrive and appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can look into it further for you. We are happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have. It is best to get in touch with us via email or on our Contact Page immediately.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address or refuse the delivery?
Contact us immediately. Once an order enters production or ships, we may not be able to make changes. Please double check you have entered your full delivery address at checkout. Any orders 'returned to sender' due to incorrect address may result in additional postal charges to reship and may void any refund request. Refused deliveries are generally not eligible for a refund, please ensure that the receiver of the order is aware of the package arriving at their address.
Do you accept returns and refunds?
We cannot accept returns or exchanges or refunds for all change of mind, personalised items, or buyer's remorse. Any returns that appear worn, used, or damaged during our inspection process will not be eligible for a refund or replacement in some cases. Learn more about our policies HERE.
